How this site handles your information.

TDcatalyst collects the minimum it needs to respond to you, sets no cookies and no persistent identifiers, and never sells or shares personal data. Aggregate, cookieless analytics tell us which pages are read. This page says exactly what is collected, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

Effective August 3, 2026.

Who we are

TDcatalyst is the advisory practice of Tom Delaporte, based in Pacifica, California. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, write to tom@tdcatalyst.com.

What we collect, and where it goes

Contact forms. The forms on this site (Start, Grow, Advise) ask for your name, email, and optionally your company, role, and a message. Submissions are relayed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry.

The AI Transformation Stall Diagnostic. Your answers are processed in your browser. If you choose to share your contact details at the end, your name, email, company, department, your responses, and basic technical context (browser user agent and referring page) are transmitted to us and stored in our Google Workspace account. We use this to prepare and send your diagnostic readout and to follow up if you ask us to. If you complete the diagnostic without sharing contact details, we receive the responses without any identifying information beyond that technical context.

Diagnostic progress events. So that we can tell how far people get before they stop, the diagnostic also sends us a short event when you begin, as you move between questions, and when you finish. Each event carries a session identifier generated at random in your browser, the question number, a timestamp, your browser user agent, and the referring page. The identifier is held in memory for that one sitting only: it is never stored on your device, and it cannot be linked back to you unless you separately give us your contact details.

The Transformation Dynamics Simulation™ runs entirely in your browser. Building and running a scenario transmits nothing. If you request a written briefing at the end, the form sends us your name, email, organization, your optional note about the deployment, and the scenario you built (the cells you flagged, the sequence you planned, and the resulting figures).

Scheduling. Booking a call happens on Cal.com, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Chat. One page — About, on Sail — hosts a chat widget provided by Asksila. Conversations you have with it are processed by that service under its own terms. No other page loads the script.

Analytics. Every page carries two privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics services: GoatCounter and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither sets a cookie, and neither assigns you an identifier that persists between visits. They record which page was loaded, roughly where in the world the request came from, and which site referred you, plus a small number of named events — that a scheduling link was clicked, that a form was started or sent, that a tool was opened or completed — so we can see which pages lead to a conversation. Those events record the action, never the person.

Technical delivery. Fonts are served from this site itself, not from a font network. A small number of images load from external image services, which necessarily exposes your IP address to those providers. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log requests for operational purposes.

What we do not do

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, uses no tracking pixels, and carries no advertising. Nothing here follows you between visits or across other websites. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention

Correspondence and diagnostic submissions are kept for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or prospective conversation, and deleted when they no longer are — or immediately on your request.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email tom@tdcatalyst.com and we will act on the request promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these requests are honored in line with the GDPR; if you are a California resident, in line with the CCPA.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. The substance — minimal collection, no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling — is not going to change.
