Everything published on this site — essays, method descriptions, engagement outlines, pricing indications — is general information about the practice and its point of view. It is not management, legal, financial, or other professional advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship between you and TDcatalyst.
The AI Transformation Stall Diagnostic and the AI Transformation Simulation are educational instruments. They compress published research and field experience into simplified models, and their outputs — archetypes, scores, curves, timelines — are illustrations of how such dynamics tend to behave, not forecasts, benchmarks, or recommendations for your organization. Do not make organizational, investment, or personnel decisions on the basis of a tool output alone. What an engagement produces is different in kind: it is built on your actual context, and it is governed by the terms below.
Advisory work — sessions, immersives, consulting engagements, retainers, and board work — is governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by both parties. Descriptions and price ranges on this site are indicative and do not constitute an offer; scope, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables are fixed in the engagement agreement.
